Job Summary
- Collaborate with product managers designers and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop test debug and deploy robust scalable and secure software applications
- Participate in code reviews agile planning sessions and sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Maintain and enhance existing applications ensuring optimal performance reliability and security
- Document technical designs processes and system architecture for knowledge sharing and future scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly minimizing downtime and impact on users
- Stay current with emerging technologies industry best practices and evolving development standards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 25 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or backend development
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Java Python or C#)
- Experience with web technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
