Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Oversight: Managing multiple projects simultaneously across development and production phases; evaluating on-set workflows and identifying efficiency bottlenecks.

Financial Architecture: Independently negotiating and analyzing budgets for Hindi scripted content; mastering cost reports with an expert eye for current market rates and production costs.

Payment & Asset Governance: Tracking Above-the-Line (ATL) expenses processing purchase orders and managing development/package fees through sophisticated studio systems.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering with Creative Business Affairs Legal Finance VFX and Post-Production to ensure a unified approach to every "Original" on the slate.

Compliance & Milestones: Monitoring Daily Production Reports (DPRs) call sheets and major milestones to ensure 100% adherence to studio policies and industry regulations.

Market Intelligence: Maintaining an updated pulse on local industry policies guilds and government requirements within the Indian entertainment ecosystem.

Requirements

The Production Veteran: 4 years of hands-on experience as a Producer Production Manager or Line Producer within the Indian film/OTT industry.

The Budgeting Expert: 4 years of specialized experience in budgeting scheduling and cost reporting for long-form content.

Technical Proficiency: High mastery of Excel and a deep understanding of digital media workflows and post-production cycles.

The Influencer: Proven ability to negotiate with high-profile Executive Producers and Line Producers to optimize production execution plans.

Creative Sensitivity: Experience working directly with artists and creative professionals understanding the nuances of the creative process while maintaining studio discipline.
