Experience: 57 years Budget: 812 LPA Location: Chhatarpur Delhi (Work from Office) Working: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays off) Joining: Immediate joiners only Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for business and technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing recruitment operations stakeholder management and driving hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals social media and referrals Screen shortlist and assess candidates to ensure quality hiring Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT conversion ratio etc.) Manage and mentor a junior recruiter (if applicable) Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and budget Requirements 57 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Proven experience in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions (Non-Tech Tech preferred) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.) Experience in handling offer negotiations and closures Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Immediate joiners preferred Bachelors degree in HR or related field Benefits Competitive salary within the range of 812 LPA Opportunity to lead and own hiring operations Exposure to strategic hiring and business decision-making Work from Office setup for better collaboration
