Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for business and technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing recruitment operations stakeholder management and driving hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals social media and referrals
  • Screen shortlist and assess candidates to ensure quality hiring
  • Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
  • Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT conversion ratio etc.)
  • Manage and mentor a junior recruiter (if applicable)
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and budget


Requirements


  • 57 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Proven experience in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions (Non-Tech Tech preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.)
  • Experience in handling offer negotiations and closures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field
