Endur Developer Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Endur Developer with 10-15 years of experience to serve as a technical expert in hands-on development within our trading technology ecosystem. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technical execution across Gas Power and LNG trading operations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to Front Middle and Back Office teams driving the full lifecycle of requirements gathering solution design configuration and user acceptance testing. As a core member of a diverse project team you will leverage deep expertise in Endur v15 and related technologies to ensure robust scalable and business-aligned system implementations across the trading value chain. Responsibilities: Serve as a technical authority in Endur guiding development and configuration efforts across trading modules. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Trading Operations Finance and Risk to gather document and deliver business requirements and use cases. Lead technical design and implementation of Endur solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards. Provide expert guidance to development QA and support teams on business context and technical execution. Configure Endur systems to meet solution designs ensuring seamless integration across modules. Deliver end-to-end support for platform adoption from development through to client implementation and post-go-live. Maintain in-depth expertise in at least one core Endur module: Connex Report Builder APM Settlements & Accounting Deal Modelling or cMotion. Leverage strong SQL and OpenLink table structure knowledge to support data-driven development and troubleshooting. Utilize APM AVS/JVS scripting OpenComponent and other Endur development tools for custom solutions. Bring added value through hands-on experience with Azure technologies such as Azure Integration Services Azure DevOps and MS Power Platform. Requirements 10-15 years of overall IT experience with a focus on energy trading systems. 3 years of hands-on Endur development experience preferably on version 15 or higher. Proven experience in Endur technical design configuration and development across the trading value chain: Front Office (deal capture risk) Mid Office (scheduling nominations) and Back Office (settlements accounting). Demonstrated proficiency in APM AVS/JVS scripting OpenComponent and related development tools. Strong understanding of OpenLink database structures and ability to write complex SQL queries. Experience in delivering business requirements through user acceptance testing and -depth knowledge of at least one Endur module: Connex Report Builder APM Settlements & Accounting Deal Modelling or cMotion. Preferred: Practical experience with Azure Tech Stack including Azure Integration Services Azure DevOps and MS Power Platform. Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills with a track record of working in cross-functional teams. Willingness to work across PAN-India locations with flexible travel as required.
