Answer incoming calls WhatsApp messages and live chats quickly
Record update and confirm bookings in Zoho CRM
Share fare quotes payment links and trip details with accuracy
Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for dispatch updates
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required
Explain payment cancellation and refund policies clearly
Maintain records and follow communication SOPs
Support follow ups and lead conversions
Requirements
Must be based in Hyderabad India
Experience in taxi transport or hospitality customer service preferred
Strong English communication skills spoken and written
Confident and professional phone manner
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar tools preferred
