Job Title: Territory Sales Manager General Trade

Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager General Trade plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market expansion within the general trade channel. This position is responsible for managing a network of distributors enhancing retail coverage and ensuring optimal product availability and visibility across outlets. By building strong relationships with retailers and executing targeted promotions the incumbent contributes directly to achieving sales targets and strengthening brand presence in competitive markets. The role demands a results-driven professional with deep channel expertise exceptional negotiation skills and a proactive approach to market execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets consistently
  • Manage develop and support the distributor network to ensure performance and compliance
  • Expand retail reach and increase outlet coverage in assigned territory
  • Ensure 100% product availability and optimal in-store visibility
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with retailers and key accounts
  • Plan execute and monitor promotional activities and track market performance

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 17 years of experience in FMCG General Trade sales or related industries (Coffee Food Products Beverages)
  • Proven experience in distributor management and retail execution
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets

  • Experience: 1 years in distribution and channel sales within FMCG Coffee Food Products or Beverages
  • Salary: Up to 3 LPA
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
