We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer to support the development of woven ladieswear collections. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to learn contribute ideas and work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams.
Support in creating mood boards colour palettes and design concepts
Help in fabric and trim selection for woven garments
Prepare basic tech packs and design sheets under guidance
Coordinate with sampling team for prototype development
Participate in sample reviews and note corrections (fit finishing styling)
Conduct market and trend research (online and store visits)
Maintain design records swatches and documentation
Support senior designers in day-to-day design activities
Qualification
Bachelors degree / Diploma in Fashion Design or Textile Design
02 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolio are welcome)
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of woven fabrics and garment construction
Familiarity with Adobe IllustratorPhotoshop and any 3d fashion software
Good sense of colour styling and current fashion trends
Ability to sketch (digital or hand)
Willingness to learn and take feedback positively
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
Internship experience in womens wear or apparel brands
Exposure to ethnic / fusion / western wear
Interest in sustainable fashion and fabrics
Basic understanding of tech pack creation
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of woven fabrics and garment construction Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and any 3d fashion software Good sense of colour styling and current fashion trends Ability to sketch (digital or hand)
