Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Vizag. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle on-ground sales activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to generate leads and drive sales for real estate projects.
Engage with potential customers explain property offerings and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of site visits client interactions and conversions
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales preferred
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Stakeholder management experience
High energy confidence and result-oriented mindset
Other Requirements:
Male candidates preferred (up to 28 years)
Must own a two-wheeler for local travel
Willingness to travel extensively within the city
