We are hiring a Store Manager for a premium cosmetic brand. Responsibilities include
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring
Create business strategies to attract new customers increase store traffic and enhance profitability
Ensure year-on-year business growth
Plan regular visits to academies and salons for business tie-ups
Delegate tasks to the store team and closely monitor store operations
Follow store SOPs and ensure adherence by all staff
Create weekly staff rosters and plan resources to support training and marketing teams
Hire train and supervise new staff
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays
Prepare reports on buying trends customer requirements and profitability
Manage store administration including budgets and financial records
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required
Maintain monthly store reports and conduct periodic inventory audits
Oversee store maintenance activities as needed
Requirements
Proven 7-10 years experience as a Store Manager or in retail management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and manage a team
Good understanding of sales principles customer service and store operations
Ability to drive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Experience in inventory management budgeting and basic financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store promotions
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
