Marine Customer Service Manager
Based at South Shields Marine School 35 hours per week 32535 to 34453 per annum

We are seeking a Marine Customer Service Manager to lead the Marine Schools administration and customer service function at Tyne Coast College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and manage the Marine Schoolcustomerservice area and staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service ismaintainedat all times

  • Ensuring internal processes for the admission and enrolment of overseas students are updatedin accordance withUKVI requirements

  • To motivate and develop designated staff to meet key performance targets for their designated areas of responsibility
