About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Auditor to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in reviewing verifying and maintaining the accuracy of records and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized analytical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a Legal Assistant is strongly preferred as this role will involve working closely with legal documentation and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit files records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Identify discrepancies errors or missing information and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Assist with reporting and tracking audit findings
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous auditing data entry or quality control experience preferred
- Legal Assistant or legal industry experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with legal documents case files or personal injury matters
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
