Job Summary

What youll own
  • The Masterplan: Shape the annual brand plan and A&P. Youll phase spend quarterly set aggressive targets and make sure every Baht is working at maximum efficiency.

  • Content & Conversation: Own the "OATSIDE Voice" across ATL BTL Social and PR. Youll lead the creation of entertaining premium and playful work that actually converts.

  • Retail Excellence: Build the playbook for visibility. From samplings to planograms in Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) you ensure our presence is undeniable.

  • Digital & E-commerce: Drive marketplace growth through CRM moments limited-edition bundles and high-velocity ratings/reviews.

  • The Future Portfolio: Lead the sell-in and launch strategies for new formats packs and entirely new brands.

What success looks like (12 Months)

  • Market Impact: Demonstrable growth in Net Sales Value (NSV) household penetration and Rate of Sale (ROS).

  • Cultural Relevance: Distinctive campaigns that trend in watch time and UGC volume.

  • Operational Fluency: A simple repeatable launch template that our Sales and Key Account teams love.

  • Team Growth: A motivated high-shipping squad that stays on time and on budget.





Requirements

  • Have the Mileage: 710 years (for SBM) or 58 years (for BM) in FMCG/Bev or Lifestyle brand management in Thailand.

  • Are Bilingual & Articulate: Mandatory fluency in Thai and English. You can write/localize copy and present confidently to diverse stakeholders.

  • Are "Creative-Commercial": You are equal parts "big idea" and "big data." You are as comfortable briefing a creative agency as you are analyzing an ROI dashboard.

  • Know the Trade: You understand the nuances of MT GT and E-commerce sell-through.

  • Have Low Ego / High Standards: You have a bias to action and care more about the work than the title.
