What Youll Do:

Bot Monitoring & Execution

• Monitor bot execution and performance via Automation Anywhere Control Room.
  

• Manage bot schedules queues triggers and alerts to ensure stable operations.
  

• Proactively identify failures overruns and abnormal execution patterns.
  

Incident & Problem Management

• Resolve bot failures promptly using runbooks and standard recovery procedures.
  

• Coordinate incident management across L1/L2/L3 support teams.
  

• Track SLAs and operational KPIs (bot uptime execution success rate MTTR SLA compliance).
  

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement durable fixes.
  

Change & Release Coordination

• Support change management processes for bot updates new releases and configuration changes.
  

• Coordinate with development teams on bot deployment schedules and version control.
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide status updates on bot health incidents and resolutions to business stakeholders.
  

• Communicate impact workarounds and estimated restoration times during outages.
  

• Coordinate with market/business users to confirm restoration and gather feedback.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Support continuous improvement of bot operations through runbook refinement.
  

• Propose and implement process improvements to increase bot success rates.
  

• Contribute to "top recurring causes" tracking for problem management.
  

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Document resolutions known error patterns and recovery steps in knowledge base.
  

• Maintain operational runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
  

What You Need:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  

• 3 years of experience in IT operations application support or automation operations.
  

• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room (monitoring schedules queues triggers alerts).
  

• Incident change and problem management skills (ITIL framework awareness).
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Clear written and verbal communication in English (stakeholder updates incident summaries).
  

• Ability to work under pressure during bot outages or SLA breaches.
  

• Strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-through.
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with other RPA tools (Blue Prism UiPath) is a plus.
  

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  

• Experience in a multi-market/global support model.
  

• Basic scripting or programming knowledge for bot troubleshooting.
  

• Exposure to finance or supply chain processes supported by bots.
