What Youll Do:

Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows (cloud flows and if necessary desktop flows).
  

• Implement error handling logging and notifications within automations.
  

• Ensure solutions are reliable secure and scalable.
  

Integrations

• Integrate Power Automate with finance systems (ERP SharePoint Excel APIs).
  

• Work with premium connectors and API-based integrations.
  

Governance & ALM

• Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and Power Platform governance best practices.
  

• Support the release and monitoring of solutions in production.
  

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures.
  

• Problem-solve and pursue continuous improvement of existing automations.
  

• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base entries.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm solution effectiveness.
  

• Provide status updates on automation health and issue resolution.
  

What You Need:

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud flows; desktop flows a plus).
  

• Basic knowledge of API integration JSON and premium connectors.
  

• Understanding of security principles and credential management (e.g. service accounts environment variables Azure Key Vault basics).
  

• Ability to problem-solve and pursue continuous improvement.
  

• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
  

• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
  

Nice-to-Have (Plus):

• Experience with Finance automation solutions (ERP integrations invoice processing approvals).
  

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. PL-100 PL-200).
  

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  

• Experience in a multi-market/global support model.
