We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer / Automation Engineer to design develop and lead advanced automation and low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform with a strong focus on Power Automate Power Apps and Copilot Studio. You will deliver scalable secure business-critical automations (especially in Finance and corporate functions) mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and best practices.

What Youll Do:

1. Lead Solution Design & Development
   
   Design develop and maintain complex Power Automate workflows for enterprise-grade automation. Build integrations with Finance and corporate systems (ERP SharePoint Dataverse APIs). Develop reusable components templates and patterns ensuring performance reliability and scalability.
   

2. Own Technical Leadership & Governance
   
   Act as technical lead for Power Platform automation initiatives. Review designs and code mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and roadmap planning. Apply Power Platform governance security (DLP environment strategy) compliance controls and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
   

3. Drive Business Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
   
   Work closely with Business Analysts and Finance SMEs to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Support UAT production releases and post-deployment optimization. Identify opportunities for process automation maturity and promote automation standards.
   

What You Need:

• Core platform expertise Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (advanced scenarios premium connectors)
  

• Integration skills REST APIs JSON authentication mechanisms
  

• Platform knowledge Power Platform environments Dataverse security concepts
  

• Domain experience Supporting business-critical processes preferably in Finance or Corporate Operations
  

• Experience Bachelors degree in CS Engineering IS or equivalent
  

• Soft skills Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills
  

• Seniority Works independently serves as technical reference influences standards and automation strategy
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Copilot Studio Conversational automation integrated with workflows
  

• Power Apps Canvas and/or Model-Driven
  

• Certifications Microsoft PL-400 PL-500 or PL-600
  

• CoE experience Working within a Center of Excellence model
  

• Compliance SOX GDPR knowledge
