What Youll Do:

1. Design & Implement Conversational Copilots
   
   Design Copilots for various use cases including FAQs process guides and automation triggers. Define topics conversational flows and Power Automate integrations.
   

2. Test Optimize & Ensure Content Accuracy
   
   Collaborate with Finance SMEs to ensure content accuracy. Test and optimize the conversational experience for quality and usability.
   

3. Drive Adoption & Continuous Improvement
   
   Support adoption of Copilot solutions. Drive continuous improvement to enhance information access and operational efficiency.
   

What You Need:

• Platform experience Copilot Studio or low-code chatbot platforms
  

• Design skills Conversational design with user-focused approach
  

• Domain knowledge Basic understanding of Finance processes
  

• Collaboration Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  

Preferred (Plus):

• Digital adoption or change management experience
  

• Chatbot integration with enterprise systems
