The Opportunity:

As Assistant Service Manager you will play a key role in supporting theGeneral Managerin overseeing day-to-day service operations while helping implement processes and policies that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Youll be working alongside an experienced leadership team while positioning yourself for future advancement within our organization.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day service operations
• Coach and develop Service Advisors to improve performance and customer experience
• Ensure strong execution of advisor walkarounds and proper vehicle write-ups
• Drive Hours Per RO Effective Labour Rate and overall service department performance
• Implement and maintain processes that improve efficiency and consistency
• Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively
• Monitor appointment flow shop capacity and technician productivity
• Work closely with Parts and Sales to maximize opportunities across departments
• Other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role
• Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into management
• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to coach motivate and hold a team accountable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with systems such as PBS Reynolds or similar DMS is an asset
