Job Overview: The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing contracts and bids of janitorial services. The role involves managing communication between the company and the client and hitting key deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities:
Support audits and internal quality inspections. Liaise with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies missing documentation or rejected invoices. Support communication between internal teams and COT admins for smooth operations. Other duties and responsibilities as required Required Skills/Abilities:
Previous administrative or office experience required. Experience in janitorial facilities or service industry preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. | ||
