We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to support both our Human Resources and Head Office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment enjoys working across multiple functions and can balance people-focused HR responsibilities with hands-on office management.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings resume screening interviews reference checks and offer letters
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for head office and retail employees
- Support employee relations HR inquiries training coordination and policy interpretation
- Assist in developing updating and implementing corporate HR policies and training programs
- Track employee performance metrics and prepare reports with data-driven insights
- Analyze HR trends to recommend initiatives that improve retention and employee engagement
- Support payroll processes as needed
Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling correspondence filing and documentation
- Maintain an organized efficient and well-functioning head office environment
- Manage office supplies vendors maintenance and administrative budgets
- Provide administrative support to leadership and retail operations teams
- Coordinate internal communications and act as a liaison between departments
- Ensure smooth workflow across office and retail support functions
Retail & Brand Support
- Support retail teams with operational needs such as inventory coordination and vendor communication
- Assist in planning and executing in-store events and marketing activations
- Help strengthen employee engagement and customer experience initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR office management or a combined role (retail experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR or retail systems (e.g. NetSuite) is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or Spanish is an asset)
- Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
