- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset
- Communicate product service and policy information clearly and effectively
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to support service and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
