Chief Revenue Officer
We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to build and scale a high-performance sales engine that delivers predictable profitable revenue. This role owns execution forecasting systems and accountability turning strategy into results.
Key Responsibilities
Build and enforce a scalable sales operating system (process playbooks cadence)
Own CRM adoption pipeline discipline and data integrity
Lead and develop a high-performing accountable sales leadership team
Drive forecast accuracy (5%) and revenue predictability
Own sales targets budget pricing discipline and margin performance
Align sales and marketing execution to accelerate growth
Drive customer retention expansion and share of wallet
Leverage data analytics and enablement tools to improve performance
Qualifications
15 years in senior sales leadership leading leaders
Proven track record building scalable process-driven sales organizations
Strong forecasting CRM and sales operations expertise
Experience owning revenue pipeline and P&L
Background in B2B distribution or industrial markets preferred
Leadership Profile
Operator mindset with strong execution discipline
Data-driven and highly accountable
Builder of high-performance teams and leaders
Strong cross-functional collaborator
