At the direction ofManagers you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans project staffing preparation of deliverables and application of methodologies.

You have experience with many and familiarity with most of the followingConcepts and Methodologies:

• Ability toarticulate the value ofMicrosoft Fabric andBusiness Intelligence solutionsto customers and colleagues and proventrack recordofdata storytellingto guide decision-making.

• Participationin the process of formulating communicating and executingdata strategiesthat align with organizational goals andobjectivesleveragingMicrosoft technologies.

• Experience inassessingexisting data solutions whether on-premises or in the cloud to inform improvement initiatives.

• Basic skills inarchitectingfuture state data solutions on Azure and Microsoft Fabric based on the Well-Architected Framework.

• Some experience inplanning and migratingdata solutions from various sources including on-premises other cloud platforms or legacy systems toMicrosoft Cloud 1stSolutions.

• ProficiencywithimplementingETL processes and databases onMicrosoft Technologies.

• Experienceoptimizingexisting data implementations including pipelines queries and data models to enhance performance and delivery of value to the business.

• Knowledge ofadministeringandmaintainingdata solutions to ensure stability security scalability and affordability.

• Proficiencyindata engineering including data movement data integration transformation and cleansing.

• Ability to contribute to designing and managingdata warehousingsolutions thatoptimizedata storage and retrieval.

• Skills indata modeling including entity-relationship diagrams dimensional modeling and semantic modeling.

• Track recordof creating engaging datavisualizationsand interactive dashboards.

• Ability to performdata analytics including exploratory data analysis andleveragingdata for actionable insights.

• Some experience with implementingdata governanceframeworks and policies including an understanding of managing data assets.

• Understanding ofdatasecuritypractices including encryption and access control.

• Some knowledge ofnetworkingas it applies to configuring Azure data solutions.

• Understanding ofDevOpsorDataOpsconcepts and experience with the deployment of Azure data solutions.

• Proficiencyin SQL and bonus for familiarity with any of the programming languagesutilizedwithin the Microsoft Data Platform stack such as PythonSparkC# Java Scala R DAX MDX or M.

• Advanced certification is preferred (see Recommended Qualifications).

• Bonus: Experience with Data Science and/or Machine Learning.

Competency with at least 3 and exposure to most of these technologies:

• Microsoft Fabric

• Azure Storage

• Azure Databricks (PySparkSparkSQL etc.)

• Power BI

• Git-based version control and deployments for Azure Data Solutions

• Microsoft Purview

• Bonus: Azure AI tooling

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelors degree inarelevant discipline (e.g.MIS CIS Analytics)

• 2 years working inprofessional services or related industry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Professionalcertificationpreferred:Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineering Associate (highly desired)Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
