What Youll Do

As a key member of our engineering team you will:

• Lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through construction
• Oversee design development including plans drawings reports and permitting
• Ensure quality and technical excellence across all deliverables
• Collaborate with clients agencies and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff
• Conduct field visits and provide construction oversight
• Navigate and ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Masters a plus)
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Idaho (multi-state licensure is a bonus)
• 5 years of experience in design and construction oversight
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with permitting and environmental compliance
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with municipalities or public agencies
• Familiarity with NEPA SWPPP NPDES or related frameworks
• Project management certification or formal training
• A passion for mentoring and team development
