What Youll Do
Team Support & Training
Provide training and guidance to ensure staff follow EPIC standards for speed accuracy and patient care.
Serve as a role model by maintaining expertise in clinic policies procedures and multi-role responsibilities.
Assess team performance and help identify opportunities for improvement and professional growth.
Support leadership with performance reviews coaching and corrective action plans when necessary.
Clinic Operations & Patient Flow
Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Ensure the clinic environment remains clean organized and welcoming for patients and staff.
Assist in resolving operational issues quickly to keep clinic workflows running smoothly.
Patient Experience
Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.
Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with patients through in-person interactions phone calls email and proper chart documentation.
Foster a positive and respectful experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Performance & Accountability
Support clinic leadership in maintaining accountability for team performance and operational standards.
Encourage a culture focused on collaboration continuous improvement and high-quality care.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish / English required
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant Medical Office Coordinator Healthcare Administrator or similar healthcare role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in healthcare operations or leadership
Associate or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or a related field
