Job Summary
This is a remote position.
This role drives industrial automation initiatives through the development and deployment of robotic solutions designed to improve operational efficiency accuracy and scalability within fulfillment and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Program configure and deploy industrial robots (Fanuc ABB KUKA Universal Robots)
- Integrate robotic systems with conveyors vision systems and controls platforms
- Develop and test robotic applications for palletizing picking and goods-to-person systems
- Optimize robotic cycle times accuracy and throughput performance
- Support simulation and modeling for system validation prior to deployment
- Troubleshoot robotic and integration issues during commissioning and production
- Collaborate with controls software and mechanical engineering teams
Requirements
Qualifications
- 37 years of robotics engineering or automation experience
- Proficiency in robot programming and system integration
- Experience with vision systems sensors and EOAT design
- Knowledge of ROS Python or C preferred
- Experience in high-volume fulfillment or industrial environments

Required Education:
Education Requirements:Bachelors degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics OR 8 years hands on experience in degree (Masters) preferred for high-level rolesCertifications (Preferred):Robotics platform certifications (Fanuc ABB KUKA)Programming experience (Python C) often substitutes for formal education depth
