Job Description

What you will be doing:

Handle assigned workers compensation cases end-to-end
Appear at hearings depositions and mediations
Draft legal documents including motions pleadings and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and case preparation
Communicate with clients claims adjusters and opposing counsel
Assist senior attorneys with complex litigation matters
Ensure compliance with California workers compensation regulations

Experience you will need:

Juris Doctor (JD)
Active California Bar license (required)
2–5 years of workers compensation or litigation experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
