Shift Coverage: OB & GYN could include annuals & must see pessary patients.

Call Coverage: Do not currently have a full time Dr. so would need assistance w/ the ff: need to answer questions from RNs keep up on in-basket messages & lab results etc

Call Schedule: 24-hr calls; 6-7 days per week

Call Type: Beeper

Call Response Time: 30 mins

Patient Volume: 0-4

Support Staff: 1-3 RNs 1-3 MAs & 2 Office Staff

Required Procedures:

- Low & high-risk pregnancy FHR interpretation: NST/CST/FSE OB Ultrasounds-Performance of interpretation.

- Amniocentesis routine & complicated delivery

- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

- Surgical gynecology

Trauma Level: II

Beds in the Dept: 10

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- Clinic & hospital birthing center-same location same floor.

- If the occasional Dr is in she may take a day of call.

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Active WI License or IMLC

BC/BE
