Job Summary

About the Role

Were seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join a high-performing customer-focused collision repair team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating communication and customer service skills who can accurately assess vehicle damage write estimates and coordinate repairs from drop-off to delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and review vehicle damage in person or via photos.

  • Create accurate and thorough estimates using CCC ONE (or other estimating software).

  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters customers and internal repair teams.

  • Maintain high standards of documentation repair order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  • Track vehicle repair progress keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

  • Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate repair completion.

  • Review supplements and update repair plans as additional damage is discovered.

  • Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures and I-CAR Gold Class standards.



Requirements

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Collision Estimator or in a related role (e.g. Service Advisor Adjuster).

  • Proficiency in CCC ONE Mitchell or Audatex estimating systems.

  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance DRP guidelines.

  • Excellent communication organization and follow-up skills.

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

  • I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus (preferred but not required).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a DRP (Direct Repair Program) environment.

  • Familiarity with OEM-certified repair programs (Tesla Honda ProFirst Ford BMW etc.).

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop setting.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of customer service or related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field. Automotive industry experience. Body shop experience. Bilingual.
