Superintendent Data Center Retrofits

About the Role

Enabled Energyis seeking an experiencedSuperintendent /Working Foremanto jointhe EEDeliveryTeam.

The Superintendentwill manage specific projects onsiteonworking under the direction of a Construction ensure that each project they are assignedtowillbedeliveredwithhigh quality on time and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a basic understandingofproject management delivery is proficient incommunication organization and serviceskillsand will activelyparticipatein the installation of thecontractedsolution.

Travel:Across United States & Canada isrequiredapproximately70%of the time.The candidate will be expected to spend a majority of his or her time at the customer sitesmanaging construction projects and developing relationships with the local customer teams.

Experience:

• Minimum3years of construction experience

• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools

• Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers wire strippers/cutters drills etc.)

• Use ofspecialized power tools (saws nibblers impact drivers etc.)

• Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wirestrippingand landing wire ends choosing and using proper conduit fittings grommets etc.

• Use of electricalmeterto verify conductivity and measure voltage current power power factor etc.

• Able to use a computer to configure fans VFDsetc;

• Strongsupervisionskillsand work ethic

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Technicalproficiencyin construction and data center systems

• Skilled in subcontractor coordination and procurement

• Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement

• Cross-Functional Collaborationand Character Driven- Works seamlessly with engineering sales finance and operations teamsensuringalignment across departments to ensure project success

• Proactive and Inquisitive Problem Solver-Possessesa self-starting attitude and natural curiosity

• Committed to Continuous Learning and Innovation- Stays at the forefront of HVAC equipment controls building automation (e.g. Niagara Framework) and energy optimization strategies

• Client-Centered and Mission-Aligned- Passionate about shaping the future of sustainable mission-critical a service approach to all stakeholder engagement aiming to align allobjectives
  

Preferred:

• Data Center specific certifications (DCEP CDCP etc;)
• PMP or equivalent certification

• HVAC and Mechanical experience a plus

Benefits/Compensation

• Enabled Energy Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance 401(k) with companycontribution 10paid holidaysand paid time off (PTO).

• This is a fulltime exempt position with a base salary of $60000-$80000
• Discretionary performance bonuses are provided for this position.

• This role is eligible forremote or in-office work based on candidate preference and business needs.
