We are seeking a high-energy hands-on General Manager to lead operations at our fast-paced iconic drive-in restaurant in Holdrege. This is a unique service model that combines high-volume drive-thru efficiency with personalized stall service and delivery.
As the General Manager you are the heartbeat of the location. You arent just managing a kitchen; you are leading a team of service professionals to deliver a nostalgic yet modern dining experience. Key Responsibilities
You will have full accountability for the daily operations and long-term success of the restaurant.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of food preparation safety and speed of service to ensure every guest receives a "gold standard" experience.
Team Leadership: Recruit hire train and schedule a diverse team. You will be responsible for building morale and maintaining a culture of accountability.
Financial Management: Manage the restaurants P&L including labor costs inventory and food waste. Your goal is to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
Facilities Oversight: Ensure the drive-in stalls kitchen equipment and overall property are clean functional and inviting.
Customer Relations: Address guest feedback immediately and professionally turning every interaction into an opportunity to build brand loyalty.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health department standards and internal safety protocols.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 2 years of management experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
Leadership: A mentor-style leader who isnt afraid to jump on the line or assist at the window during peak hours.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage both staff and guest expectations.
Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and labor targets.
