As the General Manager you are the heartbeat of the location. You arent just managing a kitchen; you are leading a team of service professionals to deliver a nostalgic yet modern dining experience. Key Responsibilities

You will have full accountability for the daily operations and long-term success of the restaurant.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of food preparation safety and speed of service to ensure every guest receives a "gold standard" experience.
  

• Team Leadership: Recruit hire train and schedule a diverse team. You will be responsible for building morale and maintaining a culture of accountability.
  

• Financial Management: Manage the restaurants P&L including labor costs inventory and food waste. Your goal is to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
  

• Facilities Oversight: Ensure the drive-in stalls kitchen equipment and overall property are clean functional and inviting.
  

• Customer Relations: Address guest feedback immediately and professionally turning every interaction into an opportunity to build brand loyalty.
  

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health department standards and internal safety protocols.
