We dont just sell food; we create "Live Más" moments. We are looking for a coach who can mentor Restaurant General Managers drive culture and ensure every guest has a fast friendly and accurate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Oversee the operations of 68 high-volume restaurants ensuring brand standards are met or exceeded at every location.
Talent Development: Identify hire and train the next generation of leaders. You will be responsible for building a deep bench of management talent and reducing turnover through engagement.
Financial Accountability: Full P&L responsibility for your patch. Youll analyze trends manage food and labor costs and implement strategies to drive top-line sales growth.
Operational Excellence: Conduct regular "Under the Roof" visits to ensure food safety cleanliness and speed-of-service targets are consistently hit.
Culture Champion: Foster an inclusive positive environment where team members feel valued and empowered to grow.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3 years of multi-unit management experience in the QSR or fast-casual industry.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in Business or Hospitality preferred.
Tech Savvy: Ability to interpret data-driven reports and utilize restaurant management software to improve store performance.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends and travel within the Cincinnati metro area.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills a high level of accountability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Licensing: Valid Drivers License and ServeSafe Manager certification.
