Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient examinations and evaluations including health history posture analysis and functional assessments
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified and other appropriate techniques
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients
• Provide progressive rehabilitation programs and soft tissue therapies
• Utilize treatment modalities such as spinal decompression laser therapy and corrective exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Deliver clear and confident Report of Findings (ROF) and treatment recommendations
• Educate patients on injury prevention wellness and long-term health strategies
• Build strong doctorpatient relationships and maintain high patient satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with rehab specialists chiropractic assistants and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Participate in team meetings and clinical training sessions
• Support the clinical operations of the clinic

• Represent the clinic at community events screenings and health fairs
• Build referral relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient education and engagement
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program
• Active New Jersey chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong adjusting and patient communication skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve long-term health outcomes
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable participating in community outreach and marketing events

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70000 $80000 (based on experience)
