Shop Supervisor Fleet Equipment & Inventory ServiceMaster Restore Operations Support Role

Youll manage our fleet equipment and inventorymaking sure everything is ready to roll when disaster strikes. If you enjoy hands-on work managing resources and supporting a fast-growing team this is your chance to shine.

What Youll Be Doing -

Youll be the backbone of our operations responsible for keeping our shop vehicles and equipment in top shape every day. Your key duties include:

Fleet & Vehicle Management: Track and maintain company vehicles keep them clean and stocked coordinate maintenance and ensure theyre always ready for action.
Equipment Oversight: Manage air movers dehumidifiers air scrubbers and specialty toolsmaking sure everything is inspected cleaned and ready for the next job.
Inventory Control: Keep supplies like PPE chemicals and drying materials fully stocked and organized. Handle orders vendor relations and inventory storage.
Shop Operations: Maintain a clean safe and efficient workspace. Implement systems to track equipment and support field crews with prep and readiness.

Schedule: Monday through Friday full time.

Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Ability to manage vehicles equipment and supplies efficiently
Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Comfortable lifting 50 pounds and working in a warehouse/shop environment
Valid drivers license
Experience in restoration construction warehouse or fleet management is a plus
