Enrollment Services Representative

$24$26 per hour
We are seeking a motivated Enrollment Services Representative to support prospective students through the enrollment process. This is a fast-paced goal-driven role focused on outreach interviews and student support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
- Schedule and complete student interviews
- Provide accurate information on programs and enrollment steps
- Follow up with students through the enrollment process
- Maintain detailed records in the system
- Partner with internal teams to support student success
Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service or sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Associates Degree preferred
