General Manager

• Lead and manage all branch operations including production sales and administration
• Drive revenue growth through business development and client relationships
• Oversee project management to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Manage P&L budgeting and financial performance
• Recruit train and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Maintain relationships with insurance carriers adjusters and commercial clients
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements

• 5 years of leadership experience in restoration construction or related field
• Strong knowledge of water fire and mold remediation processes
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitability
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency-response environment
• Certifications (preferred): IICRC OSHA
