Position Summary
Were seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations drive revenue growth and lead our restoration team. This role requires strong leadership operational expertise and a deep understanding of the restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all branch operations including production sales and administration
Drive revenue growth through business development and client relationships
Oversee project management to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
Manage P&L budgeting and financial performance
Recruit train and develop team members
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Maintain relationships with insurance carriers adjusters and commercial clients
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
5 years of leadership experience in restoration construction or related field
Strong knowledge of water fire and mold remediation processes
Experience managing P&L and driving profitability
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency-response environment
Certifications (preferred): IICRC OSHA
