Job Summary
About the Role
Insureon is seeking an Account Manager to service and maintain a book of Management Liability accounts including Directors & Officers (D&O) Employment Practices Liability (EPLI) Fiduciary Liability and Crime coverage for Private Company and Not-For-Profit clients.
This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of Management Liability accounts through the full policy lifecycle new business renewals and endorsements
Gather client information and documentation; set up new accounts in our AMS system
Review and process policy endorsements loss runs and notices with accuracy and timeliness
Submit applications to carriers to obtain new and renewal quotes
Resolve client issues and answer coverage questions independently
Document all transactions and client interactions in the AMS system
Collaborate with team members to ensure renewal workflows are completed on time
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to developing more efficient procedures
What Were Looking For
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer service experience with a track record of problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (support for obtaining licensure may be available for the right candidate)
Prior experience in Management Liability or commercial insurance account management
Familiarity with AMS or similar agency management systems
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50000$70000 based on experience and location

Salary Transparency:
Disclosure required under applicable law in California Colorado Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York New Jersey and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $50000 - $70000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paid-time-off benefits such as vacation sick and personal days and eligible bonuses equity and commissions for some positions.
