Salary Range: $58000 $70000 annually (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Communications Coordinator to support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement in a B2B/manufacturing environment. This role combines event coordination content development and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with trade publications and industry organizations; coordinate press releases and editorial calendars
• Plan and execute trade shows and industry events including logistics vendor coordination travel and post-event follow-up
• Coordinate print and digital advertising aligned with brand standards and campaign goals
• Develop and distribute marketing communications including newsletters email campaigns and product announcements
• Maintain website content and support social media channels ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization
• Partner with sales teams to support the sales cycle through marketing materials and documentation
• Organize and maintain marketing collateral including brochures case studies and digital assets
• Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 24 years of experience in marketing or communications preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Experience with CMS platforms email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp) and basic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe) preferred
