Job Summary
Requirements
- Must have 7 years in performance testing / performance engineering with majority hands-on experience in NeoLoad (design scripting execution analysis)
- Proven experience in SAP performance testing for S/4HANA or ECC including SAP GUI Fiori OData/REST HTTP(S) based transaction
- Strong expertise in correlation dynamic parameter handling data-driven testing error handling and creating reusable test assets in NeoLoad
- Experience with end-to-end performance test lifecycle: NFR understanding workload model test data strategy test execution results analysis reporting and sign-off support
- Working knowledge of SAP performance analysis touchpoints and ability to collaborate with SAP Basis/Infra teams for root cause analysis
- Ability to define entry/exit criteria performance KPIs (response time throughput error rate) and produce stakeholder-ready reports
- Exposure to monitoring and diagnostics (server/app/APM metrics) and building evidence-based tuning recommendations
- Good communication skills to run performance test walkthroughs defect triage and executive summaries
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the performance testing workstream for SAP applications using NeoLoad
- Create and maintain NeoLoad scripts and scenarios for SAP business processes (SAP GUI/Fiori/OData/HTTP)
- Define workload models aligned to business volumes; execute load stress spike and endurance tests
- Coordinate with SAP Basis functional teams development and infrastructure for test readiness monitoring enablement and defect triage
- Analyze test results to identify system constraints/bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations
- Publish performance test reports (observations KPIs vs NFRs risks recommendations re-test outcomes)
- Ensure test assets are version-controlled reusable and aligned to delivery governance
- Support SIT/UAT performance readiness cutover/hypercare performance monitoring where applicable
