As we expand our national team were searching for a remote Appointment Setter who thrives on phone-based conversations delivers 5-star service with every call and takes pride in keeping customer journeys smooth and on track.
The Role: Customer Experience Appointment Setter
As the first point of contact youll guide customers through their solar journey ensuring they feel informed and valued. Your responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary contact for customers
Educating customers on the benefits of solar solutions
Booking appointments with our solar specialists using our custom-built CRM
Engaging with customers who have made genuine inquiries NO unsolicited cold calling!
$65000 - $75000 OTE

Strong background in customer service or appointment setting

Excellent at building rapport quickly over the phone
Proactive and self-motivated yet a collaborative team player
Tech-savvy and comfortable using phone systems email and CRM tools
Proven ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote role
Must have a reliable work-from-home setup (internet computer quiet space)
