$40 $45 per hour Full-Time Dandenong South
Day Shift Early Finish Fridays

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Setter/Operator to join a well-established Australian-owned manufacturer based in Dandenong South. This is a permanent full-time opportunity on day shift with a strong team-focused workshop environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Setting and operating CNC lathes from workshop drawings
Working with FANUC-controlled machines
Ensuring quality accuracy and safe work practices at all times

Shift:
MondayThursday: 8:00am 4:15pm
Friday: 8:00am 3:30pm (early finish)

What Were Looking For

Experience setting and operating CNC lathes with FANUC controls
Ability to read and work from workshop drawings
Strong commitment to safety
Reliable positive attitude and willingness to learn

Highly Regarded

Experience with tooling setup and making tooling adjustments
