Known for its expertise in cost management advisory and project consulting the business has been helping deliver complex developments across the built environment for more than two centuries.

The Adelaide team works across a diverse pipeline of projects spanning commercial developments residential projects health education and infrastructure. Youll join a collaborative consultancy environment where youll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing strong client and industry relationships.

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting cost planning and estimating across property and construction projects
Assisting with feasibility studies and early stage cost advice
Preparing tender documentation and procurement support
Contributing to cost reporting and project financial monitoring
Assisting with variation assessment and cost control during construction
Supporting project teams with commercial and cost management advice
Working with clients consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

What Youll Need

Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or similar
Experience: 24 years PQS or consultancy experience preferred
Sector Exposure: Property commercial residential or infrastructure projects
Communication: Ability to work with clients consultants and project teams
Technical Ability: Strong cost planning and reporting skills
Mindset: Motivated collaborative and keen to build a long-term consultancy career
