About the role
Join the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) as a Clinical Support Officer and play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly:
Coordinate clinician schedules and manage appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless patient experience
Handle phone and email enquiries providing professional support to patients clinicians and stakeholders
Deliver end-to-end administrative support for meetings reporting and day-to-day team operations
Assist with financial tasks including billing invoicing purchasing and equipment coordination
Support workforce administration including recruitment onboarding rostering payroll updates and system data management
About you
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) with fast and accurate typing (50 WPM)
Previous experience in healthcare or human services setting including patient systems billing and invoicing
A compassionate professional approach with a strong commitment to confidentiality when supporting patients and carers
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to engage with diverse communities and contribute positively to team outcomes
