$145605 $160719 salary package - includes base salary ($128284 - $141600) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting business readiness initiatives problem diagnostics and implementing process this role you will consult with business stakeholders to identify business project and process requirements; analyse ways of working and business processes across TAFE NSW; and identify gaps to inform the development of improvement strategies that support the strategic and operational objectives of business process owners.
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in a Senior Analyst role (or similar) and will be solutions oriented process driven and confident in facilitating workshops online. You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and maintain strong healthy relationships with both your internal and external stakeholders. You will be comfortable with and able to work in an environment with changing work priorities.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated capability to distil complex information and undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform sustainable solutions design at a strategic and operational level.
- Experience engaging and working with a range of stakeholders on projects analysis and improvement related activities
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
