- Open and manage repair orders with complete and accurate customer and vehicle information.
- Explain recommended services repair requirements costs and estimated completion times to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Monitor workshop progress and provide customers with regular updates on service status.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Review completed work orders and ensure all services performed are properly documented.
- Prepare final invoices and explain charges clearly to customers before vehicle delivery.
- Promote additional maintenance services and service packages when appropriate.
- Ensure all warranty claims are processed according to company and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions service history and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with the Parts and Workshop teams to ensure parts availability and smooth workflow.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
