Manage and supervise daily workshop operations
Lead train and evaluate workshop staff and technicians
Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair services
Diagnose complex automotive issues and support technical teams
Monitor workflow productivity and efficiency improvements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of work inventory and reports
Requirements
Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of automotive systems diagnostics and repairs
Experience with heavy trucks (preferably Scania) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
