About the role
Were partnering with a leading global organization to hire a proactive IT Project Manager to join their Infrastructure and Cybersecurity team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in technical environments enjoys working closely with engineering teams and can translate complex inputs into structured well-executed project plans.
You will work across a portfolio of concurrent projects with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA). In addition youll support high-impact initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations AWS/cloud implementations and non-human identity programs - requiring coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
This is a 100% remote full-time contractor role for candidates based in Latin America.
What youll do:
- Own and manage project plans across IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives (architecture IAM PAM engineering)
- Manage multiple projects in parallel with a primary focus on IAM/IGA initiatives while also supporting key programs such as M&A integrations AWS implementations and non-human identity initiatives
- Coordinate engineering work by assigning and tracking tasks in Jira ensuring clear ownership and accountability
- Build and maintain project plans dashboards and reporting in Smartsheet (or similar tools)
- Act as the bridge between engineering teams and senior stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Proactively identify risks blockers and dependencies and drive resolution before they impact delivery
- Translate technical discussions into structured actionable project plans by asking the right questions
- Provide consistent clear reporting on project health milestones and risks
What were looking for:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure cybersecurity or related technical domains (including IAM/IGA)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Jira for task management and engineering workflows
- Experience using Smartsheet (or similar tools) for planning tracking and reporting
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across IAM/IGA and broader infrastructure or cloud initiatives
- Ability to confidently engage with engineering teams and navigate technical conversations
- Strong organizational and execution skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Self-starter with high energy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity - able to ask questions adapt and move forward with clarity
