INTERNATIONAL Case Manager
Job Summary

About Us:
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout the life of the case.
- Coordinate and monitor medical treatment records requests and billing documentation.
- Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy preparation and progression.
- Draft and review correspondence case summaries and other legal-related documents.
- Communicate with insurance companies medical providers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Track deadlines follow-ups and case milestones to ensure timely movement of all matters.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files within the firms case management system.
- Assist with settlement preparation including gathering supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances when needed.
- Provide administrative support as necessary to ensure smooth case flow.
Requirements:
- Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only).
- Previous experience as a case manager legal assistant or within a personal injury law firm required.
- Strong understanding of personal injury case flow and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and case management software (experience with legal software is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours (Mountain Standard Time).
