Our client a global publisher and developer of mobile games and apps is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Creative Strategist Lead

Strategic Ownership
  • Take full ownership of the creative strategy for assigned games/apps shaping the creative vision defining the core direction and setting the long-term strategic path.
  • Ensure strong alignment between UA Product and Creative teams around common performance objectives.

Playtesting Research & Strategic Planning

  • Lead structured playtesting to uncover product USPs understand audience psychology and identify creative opportunities.
  • Build an ongoing system for trend monitoring and competitive analysis across different GEOs.
  • Translate insights into strategic opportunities and develop frameworks such as angle maps messaging pillars and component systems to support the production team.

AI Tools & Knowledge Systems

  • Assess and implement AI tools that enhance research quality insight generation and creative ideation.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve both strategic planning and production efficiency.
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge systems including angle libraries trend hubs and creative best practices.

Planning Prioritization & Creative Operations

  • Lead quarterly monthly and weekly planning cycles to define priorities and focus areas.
  • Balance short-term performance demands with the longer-term creative direction.
  • Keep clear roadmaps decision-making records and strategic documentation up to date.

Performance Intelligence

  • Review creative performance data such as CTR CVR IPM CPI and ROAS to identify patterns and diagnose root causes.
  • Use data to guide decisions and build a consistent weekly rhythm for testing and learning.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the strategic link between UA Creative Production Product and other key stakeholders.
  • Run alignment discussions and ensure efficient transparent coordination across teams.


Requirements


  • At least 4 years of experience in Creative Strategy UA Creative Product Marketing or related creative strategist roles.
  • Strong ability to convert product understanding data and market insights into clear creative direction.
  • Solid creative project management skills with the ability to build timelines coordinate resources and lead multi-format creative initiatives from concept through execution and learning.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR CVR IPM CPI and ROAS and how they impact creative decisions.
  • Proficient in using creative research and analytics tools ad libraries market research platforms and modern AI workflows.
  • Proven experience working closely with Designers Motion Artists and Playable Developers to ensure clear strategy and strong execution quality.
  • Capable of handling multiple creative projects at the same time while maintaining strong strategic thinking and communication standards.
  • Deep knowledge of creative trends audience behavior and benchmarks within the mobile gaming/app market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Required Skills:

Must-have Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as HR Director CHRO COO or equivalent in large-scale organizations (500 employees). Strong expertise in human resources management business administration or related fields. Good command of English (both written and spoken). Nice-to-have Strong leadership strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Familiarity with AI applications in HR management and operations. An international education background is a plus.
