RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling emailing and social media.
- Identifying new market segments trends and potential customers to expand the companys database.
- Assessing whether a prospect meets the companys "ideal customer" criteria before passing them to senior sales staff.
- Assisting in or conducting introductory meetings and product demonstrations to explain value propositions.
- Maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing clients to ensure the brand stays top-of-mind.
- Acting as a bridge between the client and the company to resolve initial queries or concerns.
- Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with accurate contact information and interaction logs.
- Preparing weekly or monthly reports on sales activities lead conversion rates and targets achieved.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals contracts and marketing materials.
- Working toward specific individual and team targets such as a set number of calls per day or successful appointments booked.
- Representing the company at networking events trade shows or industry conferences.
- Relaying customer feedback and common objections to the marketing and product teams to help refine the sales strategy.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in automotive manufacturing construction and insurance industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Resilience time management and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Required Skills:
REQUIREMENTS: Strong attention to details. Experience range of 3-5 years. Bachelors degree in Human resources or relevant fields.
