Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling emailing and social media.
  • Identifying new market segments trends and potential customers to expand the companys database.
  • Assessing whether a prospect meets the companys "ideal customer" criteria before passing them to senior sales staff.
  • Assisting in or conducting introductory meetings and product demonstrations to explain value propositions.
  • Maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing clients to ensure the brand stays top-of-mind.
  • Acting as a bridge between the client and the company to resolve initial queries or concerns.
  • Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with accurate contact information and interaction logs.
  • Preparing weekly or monthly reports on sales activities lead conversion rates and targets achieved.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals contracts and marketing materials.
  • Working toward specific individual and team targets such as a set number of calls per day or successful appointments booked.
  • Representing the company at networking events trade shows or industry conferences.
  • Relaying customer feedback and common objections to the marketing and product teams to help refine the sales strategy.


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in automotive manufacturing construction and insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Resilience time management and a high level of emotional intelligence.



Required Skills:

REQUIREMENTS: Strong attention to details. Experience range of 3-5 years. Bachelors degree in Human resources or relevant fields.
